Do have superior customer service skills? Our client in Calgary looking to add a Client Services Specialist to their team on a permanent basis. Job Responsibilities
  • Process requests for sales associates and clients
  • Coordinate internal resources 
  • Manage inventory levels through data analysis and make recommendations
  • Gather data for the development of partner business reviews 
  • Create external purchase orders 
  • Be a subject matter expert to meet specific client requirements 
  • Manage project plans and complex work back schedules
  • Order Entry 
  • Provide back up for other team members as required 

Candidate Qualifications
  • Three+ years of experience with digital print, graphics, communications, or marketing
  • Strong customer service skills, with ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong computer skills and able to pick up on new programs quickly
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
