Specifically, we are looking for a high-performing, sales manager who knows how to sniff out early opportunities, nurture them through authentic relationship building, know how to expand our presence and follow through with the best service possible which is the reputation BOWEN has been built on.  You would be joining an exceptional team who work together to make thing happen so teamwork and collaboration must be part of your DNA.   

Job Responsibilities 
  • Primary responsibilities include targeted prospecting, proactive cold calling and securing meetings with clients and prospects to introduce the BOWEN value proposition that results in a healthy pipeline of opportunities
  • Staying close to clients to ensure their satisfaction while better understanding their business
  • Networking within the business community to keep the BOWEN brand top of mind
  • Successfully driving an RFP from receipt to submission
  • Meeting and exceeding profitable financial targets
  • Contributing to the BOWEN culture 

Qualifications & Competencies
  • You are professional, honest, trustworthy and love to win
  • Your communication skills are exceptional – verbal and written
  • Confidence comes naturally but your humble and vulnerable side keeps things in check
  • Your computer skills are solid, and you have worked with CRM packages 
  • You are a quick study, have a great attitude and do your best work in a fast-paced environment 

Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the staffing and recruiting agency world
  • Proven track record of relationship management and a clear understanding of a service culture 
  • Must have valid driver’s license
  • University degree or diploma an asset
